The Former Prisoner of War (POW) Advocate at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center assists former POWs in accessing the Healthcare and benefits they are entitled to. If you are a former POW and have questions about healthcare or benefits please contact, Kimberly Rouser, at (513) 475-6527. You may also ask to see the POW Advocate at the information desk located at the main entrance to the facility.
