The Radiology Department, located on the second floor, provides the complete range of diagnostic imaging modalities.

       Services:

• Basic 2-dimensional x-rays

• Barium fluoroscopic exams, e.g. Upper GI (esophagus, stomach and duodenum), and Barium Enema (colon)

• Computed Tomography (also known as “CT scan” or “CAT scan”)

• Ultrasound

• Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)
  
  Specialty Services:

• Radioisotope studies are performed in The Nuclear Medicine Department, which is also located on the second floor of the hospital

• Mammography is performed at The Barrett Center at University Hospital.

• Radiation Therapy is performed at The Barrett Center

• Interventional Radiology procedures: some are performed at Cincinnati VAMC and some are referred to The University Hospital
