Pharmacy If you have a medical emergency regarding your medications, please call the Medical Center Operator (513)-861-3100, or 911. Patients requesting prescription refills are encouraged to use the Automated Refill System by calling (513) 487-6606 and listening to the prompts. Patients with access to a computer are encouraged to request refills by logging on to My HealtheVet at http://www.myhealthyvet.va.gov/. If you have a question about your medication and need to speak to someone in the pharmacy, please call (513) 475- 6488. If you have appointments with one of our clinical pharmacists as part of your outpatient care, that pharmacist may give you a card with his/her direct phone number so that you can contact him/her as needed.
