Directions

• Take U.S. 471 to exit 2 (Southgate/Ft. Thomas exit).
• At bottom of ramp turn south onto U.S. Route 27.
• Go south on U.S. 27 and turn left at the third traffic light (Grandview Ave.) Go up the hill and turn left again onto S. Fort Thomas Ave., also identified as State route 1120 west.
• Go along S. Fort Thomas Ave. for 4/10th of a mile (.4 mile). You will see the VA building on the right.
• Continue on just past the VA building, and turn right at the Tower onto Douglas Street.
• Go to the first stop sign and turn right onto Cochran Street
• Go just a short distance and turn right into the parking lot with the large flag pole.
• Park in the lot and enter the VA building at the first door.  There is a sign at the entrance saying "Department of Veterans Affairs Nursing Home and Domiciliary."
• Once in the building walk straight ahead to the elevator.
• Take the elevator to the second floor and follow the signs to the Outpatient Clinic receptionist.
